Elliott Underground is a 40 year old business that spans 3 generations.

Embedding the importance of safety at work and at home is instilled into every employee. We’re consistently educating our workforce on safety. After all, safety is the initial key that becomes intuitive and second nature. This, in turn, infuses our culture.

An environment of positivity is the fuel that drives our company from the top-down. We take a deep, personal pride in the work we do and our sense of personal accomplishment. It resonates through the company all enables our high quality and performance.

Our Leadership

It’s important that our management team is able to fully support our employees by providing them with the tools, training and sharing our collective experiences.

We have two safety professionals on-staff with a proven track record at significantly reducing TRIF (total recordable injury frequency).

Health & Safety

We place health & safety at the highest level of priority! We work hand-in-hand with the Infrastructure Health & Safety Association, LIUNA Local 183 and Local 793.

We have comprehensive policies to ensure workplace safety and employee training. We don’t just meet Ministry of Labour standards, we exceed them.

Each one of our employees receive health & safety training and our exceptional safety record over the years speaks for itself.
